It was an uneasy feeling leaving my mom in the care of folks we didn’t know and she didn’t know but the caregivers have been so helpful, patient and willing to work around the clock to be sure mom wasn’t navigating recovery and confusion alone. When your jobs dictate rigorous timeframes and full time care is unexpectedly needed, Bright Star goes to work and eases the anxiousness with gentle professionalism and prompt response. BrightStar made an incredible difference for our family. They were able to come on very short notice to help us! The training their caregivers had was very evident. My father had Alzheimer's and the care the folks from BrightStar showed him made him, and us as a family happy. We knew he was not only well taken care of, but felt loved as well.
